Kevin Kellums - Executive Director – Mr. Kellums is the visionary behind Family Enrichment Center. He has served in various settings in the Quad Cities with youth and families for the past 18 years, mostly in at-risk communities. Mr. Kellums has led several teams on foreign mission travel including; Uganda, Africa and Tecate, Mexico. He has several years management experience in retail and commercial business. Serving in these capacities has given Mr. Kellums a unique perspective on the systems of poverty and the effects it has on communities.

Stanley Thomas - Chairman – Mr. Thomas has been a lifelong member of the Quad Cities community and is employed by Nestle Purina. He has served at various youth organizations including; Way of Life Center, Rock Island, Illinois, YPWW at various churches, Infinity Youth Ministry at the Vineyard Church of Davenport, participated in fundraising for Juna Amagara, Uganda, Africa.
Mr. Thomas has worked with children in the areas of music, choir, drama, and dance and has also been a mentor to students. He brings a passion for security and safety to the FEC team.

Kathy Toft - Secretary – Mrs. Toft is employed with Terracon Consultants in Bettendorf, Iowa as the Senior Administrator. She has served on various neighborhood committees, and was very active while her children were in school with PTA, booster clubs, baseball and football fundraisers, school board meetings.
Mrs. Toft has also served in service projects and events in the Davenport community including; fundraising, marketing, community awareness events and petitioning.

Erie Johnson – Mr. Johnson is an fiduciary attorney with the Wells Fargo. He was an Adjunct Professor of Business Law and Contract Law at Rockford Business College, served as a Special Assistant to the Director of the Admissions and Financial Aid Office at NIU College of Law and also interned with the Office of the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County. He has been admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. He has also been certified as an Arbitrator for the Circuit Courts of the Fourteenth and Seventeenth Judicial Districts.
Mr. Johnson is a member of the Quad City Chamber Federation Leadership Alumni Association Steering Committee, 2007-09; United Way Emerging Leaders Giving Committee, 2007-08; and a Quad City Chamber of Commerce Federation Community Leadership, 2007 Graduate. Prior to moving to the Quad Cities Mr. Johnson was a member of the Board of Advisors of the NIUCOL Zeke Giorgi Legal Clinic, 2003-2005; the Board of Advisors of the Midway Theatre, 2003-2005; the Board of Directors of the Rockford MELD, 2004-2005; and the Board of Directors of the Rockford Regional Chamber of Commerce, 2005.

 

Glenda Pettigrew - Glenda is an active member of the community and volunteers in many capacities. She has lived  in the Goose Creek neighborhood for several years and enjoys staying physically active.

Pam Kellums – Pam has served in several capacities with different organizations. She brings strong administrative skills to the team and enjoys family, exercise and home improvement.
